Cat Ba Day 10 – Caves, Boats and Buses

Woke up and had breakfast in the hostel in Hanoi
Rode on a bus over to Ha Long Bay
Took a ferry to a natural cave park island
Had lunch on the ferry
Argued over 50,000 Vietnamese dollars.. about $3.50 because we weren’t supposed to be charged for lunch…
Settled on $30,000
Got to Cat Ba Island
Took a older bus down to the southern tip
Got a hotel room on the 3rd floor with a balcony view of the ocean for $3 per night per person
Checked out the town and had dinner and a beer
