Cat Ba Day 10 – Caves, Boats and Buses

• Woke up and had breakfast in the hostel in Hanoi
• Rode on a bus over to Ha Long Bay
• Took a ferry to a natural cave park island
• Had lunch on the ferry
• Argued over 50,000 Vietnamese dollars.. about $3.50 because we weren’t supposed to be charged for lunch…
• Settled on $30,000
• Got to Cat Ba Island
• Took a older bus down to the southern tip
• Got a hotel room on the 3rd floor with a balcony view of the ocean for $3 per night per person
• Checked out the town and had dinner and a beer
